What is the ShowingTime Appointment Center On-Demand service?

On-Demand service is for offices that need immediate assistance from the ShowingTime Appointment Center during regular business hours. It’s an ideal solution if your front desk staff calls in sick or will be on vacation, the power goes out, a holiday falls on a weekday and you want to close the office, etc. For more information, contact your account manager or email

What is the ShowingTime Appointment Center Part-Time service?

Part-Time service allows offices to schedule and manage showings during regular business hours using ShowingTime Front Desk. After hours and on weekends, the office’s phones and ShowingTime Front Desk tasks are automatically routed to the ShowingTime Appointment Center.

Where can I find pricing?

How do I download the ShowingTime app?

Visit the app store on your Android or iPhone or open a browser on your phone and go to and follow prompts to download the app.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on the forgot password link found on the login page to reset your password. Your office staff or manager can also resend your password information. If you continue having trouble with your password, contact our support team.

I'm an inspector or appraiser. How to I get access to online scheduling?

In many MLSs using ShowingTime for the MLS, inspectors and appraisers can be enabled to schedule appointments online.

The best way to gain access is to contact your MLS directly for instructions. ShowingTime is not able to set up your account.

What number do agents call to schedule showings on my listings?

Agents call 800-SHOWING (800-746-9464) for appointments and confirmations. Put this number in your showing instructions on the MLS listing page, with a sentence such as this: “To schedule a showing, please call 800-SHOWING.”

How can my office upgrade to the Full-Time ShowingTime Appointment Center service?

The ShowingTime Appointment Center can manage your showing appointments full-time, 24/7/365. Contact your account manager or email for more details.

What do I need to know in regards to billing for the ShowingTime Appointment Center?

There are 3 main things to know about billing for your account. For additional questions or help, contact your account representative or send an email to our Accounting Department.

  1. Billable Listings – If some of your listings won’t be handled by the ShowingTime Appointment Center, you can turn those listings off by selecting “No” for the question, “Allow Appt Center to take appts?” Our Accounting Department will know not to bill you for them. Use this setting for lots, land, commercial property, etc.
  2. Charges to your account – The credit card on file will be automatically charged on your billing date. When the card is charged, the main billing contact will receive an email notification with the invoice attached. This email will also include your account number and billing pin code for reference.
  3. Updates – To make any changes or updates to your account, log into with your account number and pin code.
