Centralized Showing Service Joins ShowingTime
A Win for Our Clients
Now that your service has been upgraded to ShowingTime, we’ll be completing the transition by bringing you on to our billing system. As a result of this move, there are a few changes to your bill that we’d like you to be aware of.
Effective March 1, former CSS users who have transitioned to ShowingTime will be seeing a few changes to their bill.
In March, former CSS users will begin receiving a ShowingTime invoice. Though the layout and branding will be different, all the same information you’re used to seeing on your CSS invoice will be present on your ShowingTime invoice.
New Billable Listing Criteria
A listing will be considered billable when a listing is set to “Yes” for the setting, “Allow Appt. Center to Take Appts?” within the listing worksheet page in ShowingTime. This setting is the first question asked on the instruction entry page.
The default setting is “Yes” to ensure all of your new listings will be handled by the ShowingTime Appointment Center. You can select “No” if you don’t want to use the service for a particular listing, which will ensure that you aren’t billed for that listing.
Questions? See our FAQ below.
