The spring and summer are seasons of growth and change. In the spirit of the season, we’ve been busy introducing some “new growth” of our own. During the last few weeks, we’ve announced exciting new features to enhance the experience for ShowingTime users, new services that offer additional time- and cost-saving benefits, and an expansion of services that will appeal to an even broader range of real estate professionals.

ShowingTime Live Connect. Earlier last month we launched a brand new upgrade for users of the ShowingTime Appointment Center and ShowingTime Front Desk: ShowingTime Live Connect. Live Connect is a live call answering service that provides real-time message delivery for all calls received any time of the day or night.
It allows brokers and offices to 1) get phone coverage for every call, and 2) streamline multiple vendors (if you’ve hired a firm to handle general calls) into one cost-effective service. Individual agents who have ShowingTime Appointment Center accounts with us can also benefit from Live Connect, as it provides peace of mind that all of their calls are being answered, 24/7/365, without themselves having to be available at all hours or when they’re busy with clients.
Product Walk-Throughs. We’re excited to announce that we’ll soon be rolling out online “walk-throughs” of features you want to learn how to use better – whether for ShowingTime for the MLS, the ShowingTime Appointment Center or ShowingTime Front Desk. The easy-to-follow, step-by-step walk-throughs literally walk you through how to more effectively use our products so you can be as efficient as possible. Keep your eyes open for them in the weeks to come.
New Side Menu. We’re always listening to client feedback to enhance the user experience with every ShowingTime product. To that end, we’ve recently rolled out an updated side menu within the desktop version of the ShowingTime Appointment Center and ShowingTime for the MLS. While the changes are largely aesthetic, we think you’ll agree that the interface is easier to navigate than ever!
Canadian Expansion. As we recently announced, ShowingTime has expanded its presence in Canada in a big way! In addition to bringing on agents with Right at Home Realty Inc., Ontario Regional Technology and Information Systems Inc. (ORTIS), the Ontario Collective and the Ottawa Real Estate Board, ShowingTime opened its first office in Canada, dedicated to serving the more than 50,000 agents who now are using ShowingTime products and services. We’re pleased to welcome all of the new real estate professionals in Canada who are now enjoying the industry’s leading showing management and market stats service!
My Home by ShowingTime. We all know that sellers (and buyers) can greatly benefit from a showing management app that’s tailored to their needs. We’re pleased to present My Home, an update to our popular mobile app that provides a more intuitive user interface for sellers (those working with a real estate agent using ShowingTime) to easily review showings and feedback. With this update, available for both Android and iOS phones as well as being accessible from a tablet or computer for those on a desktop, sellers have easy-to-navigate visibility into all the activity going on with their home, while buyers using the app can view all the showings their agent has set up for them.
Sellers will see the same features they’ve come to value, such as the ability to confirm or decline appointments on their listing (depending on how their agent sets them up), as well as view all activity on their home. They’ll gain access to new features, including the ability to manage multiple properties.
We’re also rolling out a buyer version of the experience in a few markets initially, with all ShowingTime markets having it later this summer. When an agent tags his or her buyer to upcoming showing appointments it enables the buyer to view the tour, including the appointment status, date/time of the appointment, driving directions, and a simple way to connect with their agent.
