What a year! As we bid farewell to 2019 and look ahead to a new decade, we thought we’d look back on an exciting year dedicated to enhancing and expanding access to our services to more real estate professionals than ever before.
In February, the 1,500+ users of South Central Kansas MLS gained access to the ShowingTime Appointment Center:

On July 4, 2019 at 6:51 a.m. EST, when most people in Charlotte, N.C., were hitting the snooze button ahead of Independence Day celebrations, Evona Cholewa of RE/MAX Executive was wide awake and doing what she loves: helping a client find the home of their dreams. That morning, Evona worked with the ShowingTime Appointment Center to schedule a home showing for her client … representing the 300 millionth showing managed through ShowingTime.
After a run of consecutive months with decreasing year over year showing activity nationwide, the ShowingTime Showing Index® reported three straight months of year over year improvement in all regions of the U.S.:
The 5.5 percent increase in showings nationwide was the largest jump in activity during the now three-month streak of year-over-year increases vs. 2018. The South Region led the way, with a 10.8 percent uptick in showing traffic – its biggest year-over-year increase in almost three years. The West’s 8.6 percent increase was close behind, followed by the Northeast, which saw its sixth consecutive month of year-over-year growth with a 3.8 percent increase in October. The Midwest rounded out the regions with a 1.5 percent year-over-year gain.
