As an agent who is licensed in two different MLSs, is there a way to manage both accounts in the ShowingTime mobile app?
Yes, you can manage accounts within several MLSs using the ShowingTime mobile app. In order to do so, they have to be linked.
Log into your primary ShowingTime account and navigate to the Profile section. Select the Link Account button and search for your secondary account to link. Follow the instructions on the screen.
What is a push notification and what does it mean as a selection?
Push notifications are alerts your smartphone uses to notify you of activities in different apps. If you select Push as an appointment notification option, you will receive alerts on your phone without needing to open the app.
How do I enable my seller to automatically receive showing feedback after appointments?
Choosing the sharing options for submitted feedback is done on a feedback template level. You can create a template, set it to Publish Automatically and, once added to a listing, it will be shared with sellers without taking any additional steps. Learn more >
