As an agent, which showing notifications am I receiving by default?
Most agents are automatically set up to receive emails and automated phone calls (ShowingVoice)*. You must opt in to receive text messages and push notifications.
*ShowingVoice is not available in all MLS markets.
I have several agents on my team. How can they all receive showing notifications?
There are two ways to ensure that all agents on your team are informed about upcoming appointments:
- Add them as a co-listing agent to each of your listings so they can receive appointment notifications.
- Add the agents’ emails, separated by comma, to the “Email” field in your profile section. This will email the team members showing requests across all of your listings via email.
What are my options to inform the listing agent or seller that I’m running late (or early), besides rescheduling the appointment for a different time?
We have several automated messages specifically designed for such situations. You can access these messages through the appointment details screen. Simply select the agent and choose messaging. All automated message options are located under the “More” menu.
