LAS VEGAS – (Oct. 26, 2021) – ShowingTime, the residential real estate industry’s leading showing management and market stats technology provider, will be greeting Inman Connect Las Vegas 2021 attendees after a busy quarter that saw the introduction of an extensive list of product enhancements, the release of a highly-requested service to streamline the offer management process and the announcement of the next generation of the company’s showing management services.
Offer Manager by ShowingTime
This summer saw the wide rollout of ShowingTime’s latest product, Offer Manager by ShowingTime. The platform conveniently adds a ‘submit an offer’ button to the existing ShowingTime showing management interface, accessible on both desktop and mobile devices with the ShowingTime mobile app. The service removes the all-too-common ambiguity of whether an agent has received an offer, providing peace of mind to agents and clients alike.
“Before Offer Manager, it was the ‘Wild West’ – agents were inundated with multiple modes of offers, including faxes, emails and even text messages with pictures of offers,” said Michael Barbaro, broker/owner at Huntsman, Meade & Partners Comp in New Haven, Conn. “Some people didn’t even follow up, so if you weren’t expecting their offer and you didn’t know to look for it, and you’re fielding another 15+ other offers, it could just be overlooked. The lack of a system was the worst possible scenario for the industry.”
So far, the Offer Manager platform has been used by listing agents and buyer’s agents across North America to help them manage more than 120,000 offers during the real estate industry’s multiple-offer frenzy of the past year. Offer Manager is available for purchase at both the MLS/association and agent/team/office levels.
Integration with igloohome lockboxes
ShowingTime welcomes integrations with the industry’s most widely used lockboxes, enabling agents to choose the lockbox that works best for them. Last month, the company announced the addition of igloohome lockboxes to its integration list. igloohome, which provides agents with smart lockboxes for hassle-free home access using one-tap Bluetooth® technology, has also joined ShowingTime’s Premier Lock Vendor program.

Timely new features for agents in low-inventory markets
This year’s historic buyer demand has caused no shortage of headaches for buyer’s agents. To help empower them during times of low inventory and high demand, ShowingTime introduced the Waitlist, a feature which allows buyer’s agents to be instantly notified by SMS if an appointment window becomes available. Joining a waitlist offers buyer’s agents the chance to get into popular listings, a powerful option allowing them to provide unparalleled service to their clients.
Since its launch in August, more than 30,000 agents have joined a waitlist, which has resulted in more than 40,000 notifications offering buyer’s agents vital, timely updates on listing availability.
Details on the next generation of ShowingTime
In August, ShowingTime announced the first details of forthcoming upgrades to its showing management platforms. The enhancements include a significant redesign of the platform’s interface, the result of feedback gathered over the past two years from users participating in focus groups and one-on-one conversations with the ShowingTime product team. The redesign is an evolution of the company’s showing management and market stats platforms incorporating the best-in-class user experiences from tools used by real estate professionals.
