As we head into the the next quarter, you may find want to begin thinking about how to revise your business strategy to make the most of the changing conditions in your market. Within ShowingTime for the MLS, ShowingTime Appointment Center and ShowingTime Front Desk, users have access to several reports that can help inform current and future business plans.

Let’s take a look at a few!

The Agent Activity Report offers an overview of your business for the current year. You can view a summary of your activity including total new listings, price changes, status changes, total showing appointments and listings nearing expiration. There are default filters for the last 7 days and 30 days of activity, but you can also enter a custom date range; for example, starting with January 1 and ending with the current date. Easily email, print or download the report to review and share it with your manager or team.

The Listing Activity Report allows you to review all activity details for the life of each listing. You can easily review feedback from showings, add manual activity to document open houses or other important information, and set the report to a limited Homeowner Version¹ so that you can share certain details with your sellers.

In the Listing Activity Details section, you can see all information on the listing including but not limited to the date listed, MLS status updates, appointment details and price changes. You can market the listing manually from this report by sending out a group email to showing representatives who have shown the listing, or to agents in your office alerting them of price changes. In some markets, when price changes are made in the MLS of at least one percent of the original listing price, an automatic price change email is sent to all agents that have shown the listing within the last 180 days ².

In ShowingTime premium products, you can save time by configuring the report to automatically send to you and/or your sellers on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis, or only when there is new activity.

The Showings I Have Requested report is an easy way to review all appointments you have scheduled using ShowingTime products with any office. You can set the filter to view all showings over a few months or weeks if you want a high level overview. You can also filter the report by buyer if you’re looking to gain information on your work with a particular client.

With our premium products, ShowingTime Appointment Center and ShowingTime Front Desk, we offer additional reports to help you grow your business. The Activity on Comparables Report gives a breakdown of all agents who have scheduled an appointment on or inquired about any listing in your office. It’s a great tool for sourcing agents who may have buyers interested in homes similar to your inventory. Simply enter the search criteria such as price range and postal codes, and click submit. This gives you the information on the comparable listings including contact information for the buyer’s agent so that you may reach out to them and let them know you have a similar listing that might be a great fit for their buyer.

The Target Market Analysis is a graphical report that displays the number of showings in different price ranges to determine which range is getting the most showings. This report can help you and your future sellers make pricing decisions. The analysis is set up in the same way as the Activity on Comparables Report; simply set your search parameters and click submit. You can download the PDF report or email the digital version.
