Pam Hawthorne, Vice President of Operations – Appointment Center, focuses on maintaining excellent service quality for ShowingTime customers. She brings over 15 years of experience in the real estate appointment center business, including an extensive background in contact center management and an in-depth knowledge of telecommunications, with expertise in performance analysis. A graduate of Kansas University, Pam worked for General Electric, Sprint and then became managing partner for TC Tele, Inc., a real estate showing service, where she served for 15 years before joining the ShowingTime team in 2010.
