Now in its 15th year, ShowingTime has ultimately automated the scheduling and management of real estate showings across the country, and brought about a new way for agents to share local market data. We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to help us respond to growing market demand for our products. In this role you will act as Tier 1 Technical Support in a phone support environment. The Technical Support Specialist is the primary contact for all Customer Support inquiries. The core responsibility of this position is to answer technical support calls from users of our software and services, enter cases into our tracking software, solve Tier 1 cases and perform telephone follow-up on previously entered cases.
