Customer Account Deployment Specialist

We’re looking for an Account Deployment Specialist to help us keep up with an expanding customer base. In this role you will be responsible for deploying new customers using our proprietary internal tools, resolving complex configuration cases, and ad-hoc customer deployment related projects.

We are looking for someone that is able to enthusiastically take on new challenges, works well with others and has excellent problem solving skills. Technical Support background or Familiarity, implementation and deployment experience is strongly preferred. This is a vital role, as the person will be responsible for setting new customers up with our services and ensuring they have a great first experience with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure new customers and/or reconfigure existing customers using internal tools
  • Work directly with the Customer Success team to troubleshoot and resolve priority cases
  • Resolve billing cases – determining billing discrepancies along with, canceling, disabling and/or enabling customers
  • Adjusting current customer configurations based on customer needs
  • Advising the Customer Success Team on Complex Deployments
  • Special ad-hoc assignments as assigned which will be geared around where your experience and expertise lie
