We’re looking for an Account Management Associate to help us respond to growing market demand for our products. In this role you will be responsible for on-boarding single agent accounts and providing additional support for account managers and human resources. Specifically, you will:

  • Processing new and renewal single agent accounts
  • Communicate over the phone and through email with clients to determine their showing management needs
  • Assist account managers with customer support and administrative tasks as needed
  • Accurately complete documentation for on-boarding new accounts
  • Verify accuracy of account documentation and associated data
  • Troubleshoot documentation related gaps
  • Manage assigned workload on a daily basis
  • Distributes welcome messaging for new clients
  • Provide superior customer service to clients and referral sources
  • Work on other projects as they are assigned

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be proficient in using the Microsoft Suite of Word and Excel
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree, or commensurate work or military experience
  • Have 1 + years of experience in customer service, customer support or account management
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have strong attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Have a positive attitude
