November 7, 2019 — ShowingTime, the real estate industry’s largest and most accessed showing management platform, announced the release of My Home by ShowingTime, an appointment management and communication tool with a comprehensive range of capabilities including the most demanded services by consumers.

My Home provides agents using ShowingTime with a ready-made app to share with clients to help them more easily navigate the buying and selling process, adding efficiencies while fostering a strong agent-client relationship. It is available to consumers for all devices and as a downloadable app for iOS and Android via an invitation from their agent.

Based on the agent’s preferences, My Home gives clients key information about their home, including showings and feedback, a listing summary, photos, alerts to sellers when showings are complete and more.

My Home is also available for buyers after their agent invites them, enabling them to view showing tour details, directions to listings and the real-time status of appointment confirmations. My Home doesn’t provide a means to contact other agents, but instead is designed to simplify communication between agents and their clients.

Agents have full control over what information to share, maintaining complete privacy. They benefit from a more intuitive workflow, enabling them to use My Home instead of calling clients every time there is a time change to a showing or a cancellation. Since its release, My Home has earned a five-star rating among iOS users and a 4.5 satisfaction rating among Android users.

My Home includes a seller’s overview section that displays statistics such as confirmed and unconfirmed appointments, recent showing activity and more. Their agent’s contact information is also accessible. The existing ShowingTime mobile app will remain available to sellers who downloaded it previously, though sellers are encouraged to update to the My Home app to use its exclusive features:

Activities – Sellers get the full picture of their listing by viewing all the events that have occurred in chronological order, including showings, price changes, lockbox access and more. Listing agents manage what is visible to their clients.

Feedback – Feedback can be quickly accessed within My Home and features a convenient list of all the feedback the seller has received over the life of the listing. By selecting a date, sellers can review each question and the answers provided by prospective buyers.

Other capabilities within My Home include an enhanced registration process, improved contact configuration and the ability for multiple users (i.e. investors) to manage multiple listings within one account.
