Showing requests were down about 20% compared to last month. Compared to October last year, showing requests were down about 27%, which wasn’t as big of a drop when compared to September and October of 2009.

Maybe Realtors, brokers and MLS executives who attended NAR's big event in New Orleans were just glad to get away for a few days, but based on the vibe at the ShowingTime booth, most seemed decidedly upbeat.

The ShowingTime Appointment Center -- used by offices and agents from Florida to Alaska to schedule and manage showings and feedback on thousands of listings -- provides customers with a unique feature: the ability to use it part-time.

ShowingTime recently reached agreements with appointment center service providers in Tennessee and Pennsylvania to assume their operations and take over managing their customers’ showing management requirements.

Work is well underway to develop a ShowingTime mobile application, which answers the question asked by several customers at the recent NAR Show in New Orleans.
